Maestro 40
It is the smallest of the "Maestro" family, but with the largest cooking surface on the market in its category: 40×40 cm. Made of painted steel and stainless steel, it is equipped with a chimney and rain cover, a steel door with an anti-scald handle, and an analog thermometer. Inside, a thick steel flame deflector ensures better heat distribution and protects the steel arch from any thermal stress. The high performance of the Maestro 40 is also guaranteed by the highly insulating material that insulates the lid, so high temperatures can be reached in a shorter time with lower fuel consumption.
