The Fontana Forni Marinara Gas is a large gas outdoor oven with a spacious baking chamber and robust stainless steel construction, ideal for both pizzas and a variety of dishes.
Pizza oven for outdoor kitchens
The Fontana Mangiafuoco pizza oven is a powerful wood-fired oven characterized by an uncompromisingly strict design and small dimensions. The elegant ovens are made of high-quality steel and have a double-walled stainless steel dome with a thickness of 4 mm. The dome is insulated with high-quality natural rock wool, which ensures uniform heat distribution inside the oven. Additionally, the base of the oven surface is made of refractory, food-safe fireclay, so that heat is distributed evenly through the base. Ideally, the dome oven can always be touched from the outside despite the high temperatures inside, thanks to good insulation. All ovens in the range are available in stainless steel, red, and anthracite colors, allowing them to integrate perfectly into the existing ambiance.
Quality down to the last detail
- The body is made of the finest anti-magnetic stainless steel (V2A steel) and is absolutely corrosion-resistant
- The oven base is made of particularly durable chrome-nickel steel and provides perfect insulation
- The chimney made of 316 steel (V4A steel) is also extremely weather-resistant
- The dome in the baking chamber is double-lined above the combustion chamber with a material thickness of 2.55 mm and ensures perfect heat retention. At the same time, the dome remains only warm to the touch from the outside
- The bottom of the baking chamber is made of food-safe fireclay bricks with a thickness of 3 cm for perfect heat storage
- The thermometer facilitates precise food preparation
