EffeUno has completely redesigned the Biscotto. The new biscotto combines the advantages of the cordierite stone with those of the biscotto.

- Unbreakable (the new biscotto is almost as strong as the cordierite bricks, and much less prone to cracking)

Operating temperature up to 509 degrees Celsius
The pizza oven for home or bistro is available in different models and sizes. Typically, the pizza oven can bake one pizza up to 34 cm in diameter or two pizzas up to 15 cm in diameter. The operating temperature of the oven can be adjusted between 50 and 509 degrees Celsius. This means that the oven is not only suitable for baking pizzas, but also for keeping food warm, cooking and baking cakes, sausages and other tasty treats.
The short preheating time saves energy The power consumption of the oven is 3.2 KW and the voltage is 230 volts. Usually 20-30 minutes are enough for preheating. The chamotte baking surface ensures even heat distribution in the oven. This produces the typical crispy base.
Hot inside, cool outside
This pizza oven is equipped with a fan that actively cools the casing. The door is triple-glazed, so the windscreen stays cool even with prolonged use. The door hinges are designed for professional use and withstand up to 20,000 opening and closing cycles. A special door seal ensures that the door closes silently.
