As a pizza oven from the new Linea Evolution series, this appliance features a digital touch display instead of rotary controls. Thanks to the easy-to-read digital display, you always have all important parameters of your pizza oven in view, such as the current temperature, baking time, or level indication. Another special feature of the Evolution models is the ability to create and save up to 30 individual baking programs. Each individual program can be divided into a maximum of three phases with a predetermined duration. You can also name the programs (e.g., "Bread 2" program) – allowing you to attend to other things while baking. This pizza oven also comes with a digital infrared thermometer (temperature range from -50°C to 550°C) – so you know when the pizza stone is at the ideal temperature.
Effeuno's new innovative, digital, and professional pizza oven is manufactured with a baking chamber made of high-quality stainless steel.
Temperature is recorded using innovative laser sensors for precise temperature measurement. The latest generation of electronic PID temperature control leaves nothing to be desired. Timer, booster, falling or rising temperature, more or less power for top or bottom heating, energy-saving mode: All this can be easily programmed and stored. Thanks to the USB interface, programs can even be saved or stored on your own computer.

In this professional pizza oven, you can bake a true Neapolitan pizza (with a biscuit stone) in just over a minute. Of course, you can also bake regular pizzas or use a baking tray or dish up to 30x40 cm in size.
With the newly developed Biscotto oven and firmware 2.0 – precise settings for top and bottom heat
EffeUno has completely redesigned the biscuits: The new Biscotto combines the advantages of cordierite stone with the advantages of Biscotto.
- Very stable dimensions (with the "old" Biscotto, there were sometimes huge deviations of 2-3 cm)
- Not dusty (the previous Biscotto showed significant wear of the clay)
- Unbreakable (the new biscuits are almost as stable as cordierite bricks and are much less prone to cracking)
- Heat-resistant (the new Biscotto are just as heat-resistant as the old bricks)
- 2 in 1: the new Biscotto can be used for Neapolitan pizza at 500°C as well as for bread at 260°C. Therefore, the cumbersome removal of the Biscotto from the oven is no longer necessary.

The pizza oven for the home kitchen or bistro is available in different versions and sizes. As a rule, one pizza up to 34 cm in diameter or two pizzas 15 cm each can be baked in one oven. The operating temperature of the oven can be continuously adjusted up to 509 degrees Celsius depending on requirements. Therefore, the oven is suitable not only for baking all kinds of pizza or focaccia but also for keeping warm, cooking, and baking cakes, sausages, and other delicious treats.
Short preheating time saves energy
The oven's power consumption is 3.6 KW, and the voltage is 230 volts.
A preheating time of 20-25 minutes is usually sufficient, and for Biscotto, we recommend 35-40 minutes.
The chamotte baking surface ensures even heat distribution in the oven. This produces the typical crispy base.
Hot inside and cool outside
The door has triple glazing, so the front glass remains pleasantly cool even after extended use.
The oven is also equipped with a fan that actively cools the body.
The door hinges are designed for professional use and can withstand up to 20,000 opening and closing cycles.
The special door seal allows for smooth closing.
