This is the new Pizza Baking Stone, combining the best of cordierite and refractory stone. A customized biscotto pizza stone for the EFFEUNO F, N and Easy Pizza (P134H) lines. This is also an Italian product with ideal baking properties. The biscotto stone can optimally accumulate heat and makes the dough wonderfully crispy without burning it.
This is what makes the new stone so special:
- More resistant: thanks to this new dough, the pastry is less brittle, so it no longer breaks as easily.
- 2 in 1: ideal for baking all types of pizzas, but also for leavened products.
- 100% handcrafted production: Each Biscotto Effeuno is kneaded by hand, making each piece unique. The traditional Biscotto pizza stone is a handmade natural product - therefore, small irregularities or inclusions are completely normal. This makes each traditionally crafted biscotto stone truly unique and prevents the pizza base from burning even at the highest temperatures!
