People Oven

A true outdoor garden oven "People", made in Italy, with a minimalist and clean design for an oven with a cooking space of 80x45 cm, in which you can bake on three levels simultaneously thanks to the new CLEVER ventilation system. The internal lighting facilitates monitoring of the cooking phases.

CLEVER
CLEVER: the ovens have a completely new ventilation system that allows reaching a temperature of 250 degrees in 25 minutes (*) with only 1.5 kg of wood. This supports energy saving and efficiency requirements.
The fan, located in the rear wall of the oven, extracts vapors generated by food and removes any moisture from the cooking chamber. At the same time, the fan provides a rotary air movement in the oven and distributes the heat that comes directly from the combustion chamber at the bottom of the combustion chamber. The result is a constant heat distribution. In this way, heat is directed from the back of the oven to the front, where it is released through small openings in the front:
This not only allows for completely even cooking but also prevents sudden heat release when opening the oven and creates an air barrier.
