We managed to get our hands on these treasures – New Old Stock! Genuine Solingen quality from the 70s, but as sharp as on the first day: Riteha DURASCHARF bread knife for bread and universal use.
We use this knife at home – most often for cutting bread, but we also enjoy cutting tomatoes with it. Cutting with it is a real pleasure.

Cherry wood handle with an approximate length of 120 mm. Each handle has a unique texture and shade thanks to the natural selection of wood.
  
The blade has a serrated (wave-like) shape – Wellenschliff, specially designed for effective bread cutting, ease and smooth breaking of the crust.
