People
As a real outdoor garden oven, "People"  -made in Italy- comes with a minimalist and clean design for an oven with an 80×45 cm cooking area, where you can bake on three levels at the same time thanks to the new CLEVER ventilation system. The interior lighting makes it easy to monitor the cooking phases.

CLEVER
The ovens have a completely new ventilation system that allows you to reach a temperature of 250 degrees in 25 minutes (*) using just 1.5 kg of wood. This contributes to energy saving and efficiency requirements. The fan, located in the back of the oven, draws off the vapours produced by the food and removes any moisture from the cooking chamber. At the same time, the fan provides rotary air movement in the oven and distributes the heat coming directly from the fire chamber to the lower part of the fire chamber. The result is even heat distribution. In this way, the heat is directed from the back of the oven to the front, where it escapes through small openings in the front: This not only ensures perfectly even cooking, but also prevents sudden heat release when the oven is opened and creates an air barrier.
*Temperature and time refer to a 45 x 80 cm oven.
