As you know, we are pizza and baking enthusiasts ourselves and not a garden centre with an attached pizza oven department 🙂 and thats why we always want to give you authentic product presentations and feedback, here is the first review about the Effe N3 from one of our Romanian customers, Ferenc, which we hope will be followed by many more. Do you want to find yourself on our blog and review a product you bought at us? Send me an E-Mail on Bernie@furnite.bg 🙂

Lets see what Ferenc has to say (find his original Romanian one here)
I received an Effeuno N3 oven from Furnite.bg for a period of 2 months to use it until the arrival of the oven in my order, an Effeuno Gara Evolution. The top notch Electric Oven from Effeuno.
Thanks so much for the help of Bernie, the Furnite.bg manager! I asked him if he could help me with a furnace until my order arrived and he went out of his way to do so! Initially he offered me his personal oven, a PizzaParty Emozione gas oven, but in the end, by mutual agreement, I got a brand new Effeuno N3 for my waiting time in the showroom to try it out. By the way, an impressive showroom, the largest premium selection of pizza ovens in Southeast Europe!
But let's get straight into the N3 oven here
The Effeuno N3 is a compact electric oven designed to achieve near-professional performance in baking pizzas and other bakery products such as flatbread, focaccia and smaller bread variants though its Effeunos Entry Level line. Effeuno promises a maximum temperature of 500 degrees from this oven and I was curious about the outcome (you can see below).

Due to its high temperatures and fast baking ability - As said, the Effeuno N3 is capable of reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, making it ideal for baking Neapolitan pizzas. Pizzas are ready in approximately 60-90 seconds, providing a crispy crust on the outside and soft inside. This ability to bake at very high temperatures is one of its main characteristics. Its compact size and versatility is pretty cool - The oven has a small but neat design, which makes it suitable for those who don't have a lot of space in the kitchen. However, it is large enough to bake a pizza up to 33 cm in diameter, making it ideal for home use, but also for small businesses that need a high-performance but small-sized oven. It's a robust construction and quality materials are used. You can expect top quality materials that are resistant to very high temperatures from this Made in Italy unit and don't be afraid of heavy use too, this small little beast is made for Pizza Partys! Its simple but effective design allows easy use and the quality of construction makes it suitable for both home and semi-professional use.

The oven heats up very quickly and is ready to use in about 25-35 minutes. This is an appreciated feature, especially for those who want to prepare pizzas in a short amount of time without having to wait too long for the oven to reach the optimal temperature.
But let's also look at a few things you should know if you decide on this entry-level oven:
Although great for pizza, its compact size limits its use for other larger sized dishes. If you need an oven to cook large trays of items or for higher volume, this model may seem limited. Take a look at Effeuno models with larger baking chambers like the HA Easy Pizza Line then. The thermal Insulation is not as strong as with the Easy Pizza Line: The oven exterior heats up considerably during use, which can create a risk of burns if not handled with care. The almost cool to the touch exterior of the Easy Pizza Line is not found here. But the very attractive price naturally comes with some feature discounts.
Conclusion
The Effeuno N3 is a great oven for those who want to make Neapolitan pizza at home in a compact electric oven to a professional standard. With its high temperatures and short baking time, this oven is highly recommended for pizza enthusiasts! But please make sure its plugged into a stand alone secured socket before cranking it up!
I recommend this oven 100% - especially for the price - and Furnite.bg from Sofia/Bulgaria!
And now lets see the Pizzas Ferenc made in the N3 - I'm getting hungry by looking at them. I am off to make some Pizza Dough, till next time on our blog!
Don't the pizzas look fantastic? Congratulations, Ferenc, and I can't wait to see the pizzas from your Gara soon.
